The Board of Anglo Pacific Group PLC, ("Anglo Pacific"), is pleased to announce that the 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at 17 Hill Street, London, W1J 5NZ on Wednesday 21st April 2010 at 11:00am.

Subject to approval at this AGM, the final dividend for the year ending 31st December 2009 of 4.65p net per ordinary share will be paid on 7th July 2010 to shareholders registered on the share register at the close of business on 7th May 2010.

The shares will be quoted ex dividend in London on 5th May 2010 and in Australia on 3rd May 2010.

Depending on the share price at the time, the Board will consider whether shareholders will again be given the opportunity to elect to receive a scrip dividend instead of cash.
