Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company has been informed on 19th January 2010 that, as at 18th January 2010, Legal and General Group plc, and its group of companies, now hold an interest in 5,405,640 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company. This holding represents approximately 5.03% of the voting rights of the Company's issued share capital.
