Groundhog and Peace River
As of December 2004, the Group increased its position to 100% control of its Groundhog and Trefi (or Peace River) coal interests in British Columbia, Canada, with Hidefield Gold retaining a 5% carried interest. This 5% carried interest has since been acquired by the Group. The Group is committed to advancing these projects and is currently examining all available options to extract maximum value from them for shareholders.
Forum Uranium Corp
Through its shareholding in Forum Uranium Corp, the Group continues to hold its interests in the Merritt coal and coal bed methane projects in British Columbia, Canada. Forum also has interests in a number of other coal bed methane projects in North America, as well as in various potential uranium prospects.
